Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Opportunity for Recent Graduates. In this role, candidates will engage in daily client communication, build customer relationships, and actively generate sales opportunities. Responsibilities will also include participating in sales training programs and assisting in sales management tasks to achieve team goals. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in a structured sales environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Interest or experience in Sales to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals.
• Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance sales-related knowledge and skills.
• Ability to assist in Sales Management tasks such as reporting, strategizing, and tracking performance.
• Being a team player with proactive problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with digital solutions or prior internship experience is a plus.
