As a Sales Operations Analyst - Salesforce Administrator in this role, you will be responsible for managing and updating the sales pipeline in Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities. Your duties will include ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all Salesforce records. Additionally, you will provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team for Salesforce-related activities and assist in troubleshooting Salesforce issues while coordinating with the development team for enhancements or fixes. Your key responsibilities will involve generating reports, dashboards, and insights to support sales forecasting, performance tracking, and decision-making. You will analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes, improve system usability, maintain data hygiene, and enforce best practices within Salesforce. For this role, the ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in Sales Operations and Sales Excellence principles.
