About the Role:

Overseas Education team

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Handle student inquiries and convert leads into admissions

🔹 Guide students through country/course selection, application process, and documentation

🔹 Coordinate with university partners, admissions teams, and visa departments

🔹 Monitor and support branch-level targets, performance, and lead conversion

🔹 Travel across branches for training, support, and operational alignment

🔹 Ensure smooth workflow, proper reporting, and service delivery standards at all touchpoints

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); MBA preferred

✅ 2–4 years of experience in Overseas Education consultancy

✅ Strong communication, sales, and counseling skills

✅ Willingness to travel regularly to Exxeella branches

✅ Understanding of study abroad processes (UK, USA, Canada, Australia preferred)

✅ Ability to manage teams, track performance, and improve conversions
