Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Operations Assistant at our jewelry showroom in Mahuva. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting sales activities, handling customer service, assisting in managing daily operations, and facilitating smooth operational workflows. The Sales & Operations Assistant will collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency in the showroom.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to assist in coordinating day-to-day showroom activities effectively.
• Analytical Skills to assess operational challenges, trends, and customer behavior to improve processes.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a pleasant experience for customers and effectively relay essential information.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic retail environments.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills and inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a retail or jewelry-related role is a plus.
