Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Accurately and promptly process sales data from the organizations CRM system, ensuring that all information is correctly captured and formatted for invoicing and reporting.
Conduct quality control checks on data processed by team members to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
Serve as a point of contact between the sales team and finance department, addressing and resolving any queries related to sales data and ensuring smooth communication.
Assist with ad-hoc data projects focused on revenue recognition, providing analytical support and data insights as needed.

Required Skills, Qualification and Experience :

Undergraduate degree in related discipline.
Excellent standard of spoken and written English
Strong proactive work ethic with a creative mindset.
Detail orientated and methodical thinker
Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and deadlines.
Excellent organization skills and ability to work under pressure
Analytical, result oriented, team player Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and data management tools. Personal skills we believe will bring success Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
