Sales & Onboarding Executive – Housing & Hospitality

Kuragayalaabbai.com is a fresh fruits and vegetables delivery brand, committed to bringing farm-fresh produce directly to apartments, RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations), hostels, and hotels with convenience and consistency.   ### **Job Role & Responsibilities:**     - Identify and onboard **apartments (RWA associations), hostels, PGs, and hotels** for regular supply of fruits & vegetables.   - Build strong relationships with **purchase managers, wardens, and community representatives**.   - Collect daily/weekly orders and ensure smooth coordination with the operations team.   - Achieve sales targets by expanding partnerships with new RWAs and hospitality clients.   - Conduct product demos, sampling, and presentations when required.   - Track payments and ensure timely collections from clients.   - Maintain client database and share regular sales updates with management.     ### **Key Skills Required:**     - Excellent communication & negotiation skills.   - Field sales/BD experience (preferably in FMCG, food delivery, or hospitality supply).   - Ability to work independently and meet targets.   - Strong relationship-building and networking skills.     ### **Qualification & Experience:**     - Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (Freshers with strong motivation can also apply).   - Experience in **FMCG, food delivery, or supply chain** is a plus.       - Fixed Salary (₹15,000–₹25,000 depending on experience) + Performance Incentives.   - Travel allowance & mobile allowance
