Job Description This is a full-time onsite on-site role as a Sales Officer/BDM at MEDISYS located in Noida, Dist- Gautam Budh Nagar, UP. As a Sales Officer/BDM you will be responsible for business development, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers but not limited to. · Build & maintain relationships with with key accounts, medical fraternity and channel partners. · Responsible for business from key hospitals and dealer in the assigned territory. · Sales of Medical Devices products like Infusion and Syringe Pump. · Introducing & launching new products in the market. · Achieving sales targets & actively monitoring and reporting progress. · Responsible for profitable operations of the company in a competitive environment. · Conducting market research to identify new market opportunities. · Ensure that all customer queries were answered and all complaints resolved within minimum time. Qualifications · Graduate or MBA with 4-6 years of experience in similar profile from medical device industry preferably Infusion and Syringe Pump . · Good knowledge and selling of medical device equipment, preferably Infusion and Syringe Pump . · Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. · Ability to work independently and remotely. · Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
