Job Description This is a full-time role for a Product Designer at MEDISYS in Noida. As a Product Designer you will be responsible for designing user-centric products that improve patient outcomes, comply with regulatory standards, and enhance usability in clinical settings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, regulatory, and clinical) to develop intuitive and effective medical devices. Conduct user research, usability testing, and ethnographic studies to inform design decisions. Create design concepts, prototypes, and detailed specifications using CAD – 3D and UX tools. Ensure product designs meet human factors and ergonomic standards. Work within ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines to ensure compliance with medical device regulations. Translate complex technical and clinical requirements into user-friendly product solutions. Participate in risk assessment and design validation activities. Maintain thorough documentation for design history files (DHFs) and usability engineering files (UEFs). Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience of 5 – 6 years of experience in product design, preferably in the medical devices industry. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo), and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch). Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes for medical-grade products.
