Advanced degree or MBA is a plus. · Proven 10+ years of experience in sales management within the medical device industry. · Good knowledge of ICU equipment and experience in selling ICU equipment, preferably ventilators and anesthesia machine. · Strong understanding of medical devices industry and regulatory requirements. · Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. · Excellent leadership and team management skills. · Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. · Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, sales trends and financial metrics. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service. · Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events. · Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams. · High level of integrity and ethical standards.
