Sales Officer

Job Title: Sales Officer Location: Jaipur (initially for 6 months), with extensive travel across Rajasthan Experience Required: 2–3 years Industry Preference: Electrical background or B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering Language Preference: Proficiency in Rajasthani and Hindi Gender Preference: Male candidates only Joining: Immediate Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably from an electrical or engineering background, and must be open to extensive travel across Rajasthan. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through field demonstrations of agricultural drones. Conduct on-site visits and product demos to farmers and other stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers. Regularly report market feedback and sales progress to the team. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the technical and service teams as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in technical/electrical/agriculture equipment). Strong communication skills in Hindi and Rajasthani. Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan. Demonstrated ability in lead generation and customer engagement. Must be a male candidate due to job travel and role requirements. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Compensation: Salary: 21,000-24,000 CTC Performance-based incentives to be given. Travel allowance provided as per company policy and grade.
