Sales Officer & TSM

You will be joining ROL Agri, a company established in 1995 with a focus on transforming the agriculture sector through the production of high-quality agrochemical products. ROL Agri has also expanded its operations to include pharmaceuticals, Iron & Steel, surfactants, detergents, and fine chemicals. As a prominent pesticide manufacturer in India, ROL Agri is dedicated to introducing innovative products to the market and has plans for further expansion into seeds and fertilizers. Your role as a Sales Officer & TSM at ROL Agri in Sultanpur will be a full-time on-site position. You will play a crucial role in handling customer service, generating leads, facilitating communication, managing sales operations, and overseeing channel sales activities on a day-to-day basis. To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer service and communication skills, along with the ability to generate leads effectively. Experience in sales operations and channel sales is essential, as well as proficiency in interpersonal communication and negotiation. Collaboration and teamwork are key aspects of this position, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets will be advantageous. While not mandatory, knowledge of the agricultural industry would be beneficial for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required to be considered for this position.,
