Job Description

As an ideal candidate for the role, you will be responsible for achieving disbursement targets by maintaining a proper mix of retail loans while keeping delinquency to a minimum. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying target areas for prospective business - Pre-screening customer segments according to organizational norms - Ensuring a high number of log-ins and disbursements - Achieving sanction ratio targets - Proactively understanding customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction and cross-selling multiple products - Executing sales promotion activities to enhance customer interest in the TCL brand - Building strong client relationships internally and externally to establish a robust brand identity with potential customers - Empanelling vendors and fostering relationships with new vendors - Developing effective distribution channels - Providing training to staff members and vendors to enhance their understanding of markets, competition, processes, and available products, and offering constructive feedback to the central product and policy team - Ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations Additionally, the company emphasizes on maintaining compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations. Qualifications required for this position include being a Graduate in any discipline.
