Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Officer (Male) to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on converting pre-qualified leads received through our website and digital platforms into successful enrollments for astrology courses or consultations. This position requires strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and an interest in wellness or spirituality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads generated through the website, social media, and online platforms.
• Present and explain courses and services to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable course or consultation package.
• Conduct regular follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert leads into enrollments.
• Maintain lead data accurately in CRM software and track conversion progress.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred (as per current team diversity goals).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, tele-counseling, or customer service.
• Experience in edtech, wellness, or healthcare sectors will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, target-driven, and persuasive personality.
• Basic knowledge or interest in astrology or spiritual wellness is a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
