Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Dealer/Distributor Coordination Act as the first point of contact for dealers/distributors operating in the assigned territory. Address queries regarding product availability, pricing, billing, order status, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for timely dispatch of materials. 2. Order Management Receive and process orders from channel partners through phone, email, or system. Track and update the order status and inform channel partners accordingly. Ensure adherence to credit limits and payment terms while processing orders. 3. Sales Support Support field sales teams with documentation, scheme communication, and stock availability. Prepare daily sales reports, stock status reports, and track order fulfillment. Assist in implementing trade schemes and communicating them effectively to the network. 4. Sales Office Administration Maintain updated records of channel partners, credit balances, outstanding payments, and scheme claims. Ensure proper documentation and filing of orders, invoices, and dispatch documents. Work closely with accounts and finance to reconcile payments, incentives, and credit notes. 5. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with channel partners through regular communication. Support customer satisfaction by resolving issues related to service, supply, and billing. 6. Data Reporting & Analysis Compile and send daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the area sales manager and head office. Track dealer-wise and product-wise sales performance. Identify fast- and slow-moving SKUs and report trends. Preferred candidate profile
