Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales Engineer will focus on understanding client requirements and offering technical solutions, driving sales of laser machines and systems in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, providing technical guidance and demonstrations, delivering pre- and post-sales technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering, with a proven ability to meet targets and understand client needs.
• Experience in providing Technical Support and delivering product demonstrations to clients.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with laser-based manufacturing systems and automation solutions is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or equivalent preferred).
• Relevant industry experience and knowledge of manufacturing or technical sales will be a plus.
