Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Appointment of new dealers against target plan
Provide necessary market inputs for preparing annual marketing plans.
Collect market feedback on competitors performance and activities and determine strategies to establish our brand.
Periodic update on Market trend and product shifts
Achieve new product sales against targets.
Brand management and promotional event planning including service camps.
Perform market survey
Interact with dealers and pump mechanic, dealers
To identify the market potentials
To assist in product promotions

Preferred candidate profile

In Domestic & Agri rural segment sales, Dealer network, Inventory management, Customer satisfaction & bringing up new ideas in the critical business process of the Company.

Team player, Converting opportunities for increasing sales revenue, Area knowledge, Pump market identification, Data analysis & Channel partner management

Basics of Pumps and Motors
Good Communication skill
Capable to work at field level
