Job Description

Job Title: Sales Officer – Beverage Industry(Water Product)

Location: Haridwar
Department: Sales
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales officer to lead and manage sales operations within a designated geographic area. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with distributors and retail partners, overseeing field sales teams, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies in the beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Implement and execute company sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, channels, and customer segments.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to inform planning.

Distributor & Channel Management:

  • Appoint and manage distributors, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Optimize secondary and tertiary sales through efficient route-to-market strategies.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with key accounts and channel partners.

Market Development:

  • Ensure proper visibility and availability of products across all channels (retail, horeca, modern trade).
  • Support product launches, trade promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure coverage, visibility, and execution standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in FMCG/Beverage sales; at least 2 years in a Beverage.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations and route-to-market models in the beverage industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
