Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Kochi. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating leads, and driving the sales operations to achieve targets. The role involves coordinating with channel partners, executing sales strategies, and maintaining records of sales activity and market trends. Building and strengthening relationships with clients and partners will form a core aspect of this role.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales with the ability to achieve sales targets and manage distribution networks effectively
Strong skills in Lead Generation and Customer Service to build and maintain client relations while identifying new business opportunities
Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and partners effectively
Proficiency in understanding market trends and devising effective sales strategies
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
