Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result–oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets through field visits and market activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through field visits.
  • Meet clients, explain products/services, and provide appropriate sales solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and close deals.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the manager.
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travelling.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
