Sales Officer-Packaged Gas

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at our company, your main goal is to achieve sales targets for the assigned areas by identifying sales opportunities, developing new customers, and exploring potential areas for enhancing sales. You will work closely with the business development team to drive new business gains and sales growth within the Sales policies through effective management and leadership. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the development of welding and cutting applications, promoting products, launching new offers, and staying updated on market trends and competitor actions. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and prioritize activities for effective prospecting and customer visits - Identify and understand client requirements and needs by visiting industrial areas and identifying prospective leads - Build relationships with decision-makers, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction - Take ownership of customer accounts and bring clarity to cross-functional activities - Share territory business knowledge and monitor competition and market developments - Support the development of sales profit through strategic planning and execution Qualification Required: - Degree in a relevant discipline, preferably Mechanical, Metallurgical, Automotive, or Mechatronics - Candidate must be based in Pune and must have the ability to travel - Strong appetite for sales with good interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly - Proficiency in local language (written and spoken) along with a proficient level of English - Strategic thinking, commercial spirit, autonomy, entrepreneurship, and strong critical thinking and analytical skills are essential for this role Company's Additional Information: At Air Liquide, we are dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that values the diversity of our employees, customers, and cultures worldwide.
