Map assigned areas/lane-to-lane to identify potential business sources.
Build and manage relationships with channel partners and customers.
Recruit and onboard channel partners as per company guidelines.
Maintain daily reports and participate in team huddles.
Enhance customer experience by providing product knowledge, handling objections, and ensuring smooth documentation.
Strong interpersonal and selling skills.
Good knowledge of local geography and ability to plan effectively.
Familiarity with home loan products, KYC/legal documentation, and credit assessment is preferred.
Ability to meet targets and work independently.
