Promote companys agri-input products (like seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, bio-products) among farmers and dealers.
Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and crop seminars to showcase product performance.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and progressive farmers.
Generate and track sales leads from assigned territories to achieve monthly targets.
Collect market intelligence competitor activity, pricing trends, and farmer preferences.
Support the sales team with technical guidance and field feedback.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and field trials in coordination with regional teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports for management review.
Ensure proper product availability and display at dealer points.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
