Job Description

You will be responsible for visiting retail shops, wholesalers, and distributors in your assigned territory. Your main tasks will include placing company products in stores to ensure visibility and shelf space, as well as identifying and appointing new dealers/distributors in new or existing areas. It will be crucial to maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure successful partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor stock movement at the distributor and retailer levels - Execute schemes, discounts, and promotional activities in the market - Generate daily visit reports and submit them to the Sales Manager - Track competitor activities, pricing, and demand trends - Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales, distribution, or a related field - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at various locations within your assigned territory.,
