Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
Promote and sell broadband plans and services to residential and commercial customers.
Conduct field visits, meet customers, and deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide accurate and timely sales reports, including customer feedback and market trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends to effectively position our services.
Address customer queries and resolve issues related to broadband services.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during sales activities.
