Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and appointing suitable distributors, enhancing market presence, ensuring consistent product availability, and driving sales growth in assigned territories. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, market insight, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and appoint new distributors as per company policy. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential distributors and retailers. Ensure optimum coverage, visibility, and merchandising of products in the market. Implement and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor distributor performance and provide guidance to achieve sales and distribution goals. Conduct regular market visits to assess market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in sales or distribution management, preferably in FMCG/Consumer Goods. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage distribution channels and achieve sales targets. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
