Job Summary: We are hiring energetic and self-driven Sales & Marketing Executives for our Fresh Cream division. The candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence by appointing HORECA clients, distributors, and building strong retail & channel sales networks. Ideal for candidates with a flair for fieldwork, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for the FMCG/Dairy industry. Locations: Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur, Mount Abu. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers) for fresh cream products. Appoint and manage distributors and stockists across targeted regions. Develop and expand retail and institutional sales channels. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals. Conduct field visits, product sampling, and promotional campaigns. Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights to the management. Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, and payment collections. Role & responsibilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel for field visits Sales target orientation and negotiation skills Knowledge of dairy/FMCG market will be an advantage
