Job Description

Axis Bank (Onroll)

Position: Officer sales / Assistant Manager

Location: Across Chennai

Salary: 15000 to 24000 + incentives

Role:

Acquire New Customers:

Directly identify and engage potential customers for CASA products through field visits and cold calling to expand the bank's customer base.
Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals for opening new accounts and increasing deposits.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Cross-Selling:

Promote and sell additional third-party products like insurance, mutual funds, and life and health insurance to existing CASA holders to increase their wallet share.

Eligibility:

Degree must

Two wheeler with license must

If experienced Reliving/Experience letter from previous org is mandatory
