Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer at our Baddi branch. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales activities, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and channel management. The individual will also build and maintain strong customer relationships, address service needs, and contribute to achieving branch targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and identifying new opportunities, coordinating sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to the bank’s guidelines and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Customer Service and Lead Generation to enhance customer satisfaction and acquire new clients with a focus on delivering value.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, address concerns, and present tailored banking solutions.
• Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales to maintain seamless sales processes and build relationships with partners.
• Ability to work with targets, demonstrate proactive problem-solving, and show results-oriented thinking in a team setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services will be an advantage.
