Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Retail Sales Officer, based in Panchkula. The Retail Sales Officer will engage in daily responsibilities such as identifying potential customers, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. The role includes overseeing sales operations, supporting channel sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the officer will contribute to the bank's growth through efficient communication and proactive outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
• Experience in Channel Sales management
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and achieve targets
• Prior experience in retail banking or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
