Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients within the institutional and government sectors, such as other government agencies, large corporations, and educational establishments.
Client Relationship Management:
Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the specific needs and procurement processes of institutional and government clients to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Track and report sales performance data, forecasts, and pipeline progress to senior management.
Coordination & Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, engineering, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and project implementation according to contract specifications and timelines.
Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities and transactions adhere to relevant government regulations, public procurement processes, and company policies.
Travel:
The role often requires significant travel to meet with officials, clients, and attend industry events across various locations.
