Job Description


  • Leads will be generated from the assigned bank.
  • Cross-sell various financial products to bank customers.
  • Drive customer business development and manage relationships.
  • Role will be under the payrolls of the insurance company.
  • Schedule appointments, explore customers financial needs (life-related investments & insurance needs), suggest suitable products from company's range, gain agreement to purchase, and complete sales documentation accurately.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in

  • Acquire customers through bank's database, walk-ins, and generated prospects.
  • Ensure sales completion by facilitating medical reports and ensuring timely issuance of policy documents.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new markets/segments in line with company's sales strategy.
  • Support Relationship Managers and bank sales team through product knowledge sharing, coaching, client visits, and modeling selling behavior.
