Job Description

Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

Sales:
Actively cross-sell life insurance products to bank customers.
Lead Management:
Utilize leads generated from the assigned bank to make appointments and explore customers financial needs.
Customer Acquisition:
Acquire new customers by effectively using the bank's database, foot traffic, and generated prospects.
Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank customers for business development.
Process & Compliance:
Accurately complete sales documentation and facilitate the completion of medical reports to ensure the prompt issuance of policy documents.
Training & Coaching:
Support and coach other Relationship Managers and the bank's sales team on product knowledge and selling skills.

Required Candidate Profile

Experience:
A minimum of
1 year of sales experience
is required, with a background in the
insurance or BFSI sector
being mandatory. Candidates from other sales verticals like banking, pharma, retail, and telecom are also encouraged to apply.
Education:
A graduate degree is a must.
Skills:
Strong relationship management and sales skills, with a track record of good performance and employment stability.
