Job Description: Banca Channel Life Insurance - Sales officer

Position: SO (Banca Channel)

Location: Surat

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work from bank branch & generate life insurance business
• Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers
• Handle walk-in customers and convert leads into policy sales
• Provide post-sales support and policy servicing
• Drive business targets through upselling and referrals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in BFSI sales (banking/insurance/loans preferred)
• Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
• Good communication & relationship-building skills
• Must be comfortable with branch-based sales model
