Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to drive sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets through the banca channel.
Generate business by engaging with bank customers and pitching insurance/financial products.
Ensure high-quality customer service and after-sales support.
Maintain compliance with company and bank policies.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
1 to 3 years of experience in sales/marketing (BFSI preferred).
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
