Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer - DST at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK, located in Gurugram. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, overseeing sales from open market sourcing.Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and developing effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Lead Generation, Credit Card Sales
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's Degree in any Stream
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus
