1.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
2.Regularly visit dealers to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide support.
3.Identify opportunities to expand the dealer network and onboard new partners to enhance market coverage.
4.Strategize and implement plans for adding new sales channels to increase market penetration. 5. Reactivate dormant counters and explore opportunities for new retail outlets or distribution channels.
6. Collaborate with management to develop innovative approaches for channel expansion and market growth.
7.Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the cycling industry.
8. Act as a primary point of contact for dealers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
9. Oversee the timely and efficient handling of warranty claims and product returns from dealers. 10.Work closely with the claims department to investigate issues, process claims, and provide resolutions. 1
