Sales Officer (3 to 4 yrs exp, Retail or Food Industry, Mumbai)

We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager responsible for the following activities:-

• Achieve sales targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Prospect and lead generation: Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers through various channels.
• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling inquiries or complaints.
• Sales cycle management: Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate pricing, and prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts to close deals.
• Market analysis: Research market trends, monitor competitors, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Reporting and forecasting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing, to align sales and promotional activities.

The individual needs to be Tech Savy.
