Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with stakeholders - Manage back office operations efficiently - Provide excellent customer service - Drive sales and oversee sales management processes - Onboard new distributors with a focus on wholesale - Utilize strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Prioritize achieving targets in Primary and Secondary sales - Offer support and services to both new and existing distributors Qualifications: - Proficient in communication and customer service - Skilled in back office operations - Experienced in sales and sales management - Ability to onboard new distributors with a wholesale focus - Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities - Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Preferably have a background in the FMCG beauty sector This full-time position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule, with Sundays off.
