Experience Required - Minimum of 2 years of experience in OTC sales within the cosmetic, baby, Organic product, Ayurvedic, FMCG industry which includes cosmetic products as well.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the cosmetic, baby, Organic product, Ayurvedic industry. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in over-the-counter (OTC) sales, adeptness in distributor management, and strong negotiation skills. An MBA qualification will be considered an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

 Sales & Business Development:

 Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.

 Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.

 Distributor & Channel Management:

 Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.

 Ensure effective distributor onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.

 Negotiation & Relationship Building:

 Negotiate terms and agreements with distributors and key clients to maximize profitability.

 Foster long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure sustained business growth.

 Market Analysis & Strategy:

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

 Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

 Reporting & Compliance:

 Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
