We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious IT sales & Mktg Executive – Fresher to join our growing team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Pitch products/services to clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
