Sales Merchandiser

The Sales Merchandiser will handle follow-ups with existing clients for orders, deliveries, and sampling. They will also connect with potential customers to generate new business. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the coffee industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:

• Follow up with clients to ensure orders and deliveries are on track.
• Reach out to potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.

• Product Display & Stocking:

• Set up and maintain attractive product displays.
• Ensure shelves are always stocked and organized.

• Sales Support:

• Educate store staff about products to boost sales.
• Work with store managers to implement promotions effectively.

• Customer Relationships:

• Build good relationships with store staff and management.
• Address product questions and resolve issues promptly.

• Stock Management:

• Monitor inventory and ensure products are fresh and available.
• Conduct stock checks and communicate restocking needs.

• Skills:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office).
• Ability to work independently and manage time well.

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift products (up to 25-30 lbs).
• Comfortable standing or walking for long periods.
