About the Role:

This is a high-energy, sales-driven internship for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented. At DK Realty and Interiors, you will be directly involved in hardcore sales activities, client engagement, and field operations that drive revenue. This role requires full on-site presence at our office and client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold calling prospective clients to pitch real estate options

• Handling walk-ins and converting leads into site visits (WYC)

• Conducting on-site client meetings and property tours

• Daily follow-ups and lead tracking via CRM or Excel

• Working towards weekly sales targets under guidance

• Assisting with sales presentations and documentation

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• High energy, confident, and target-driven mindset

• Willing to work on-ground, attend client visits, and perform cold outreach

• Self-disciplined with good follow-up habits

• Open to undergraduates or recent graduates

• Must be based in Delhi NCR

Compensation Structure:

• Option 1: ₹5,000 monthly stipend + 10% of sales-based incentives

• Option 2: 25% of sales-based incentives (no fixed stipend)
