Job Description: A leader in tech-enabled value creation from the USA is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Sales Operations Analyst to join client account teams. As a Sales Operations Analyst, your role will be crucial in providing back-office to mid-office support for client-facing teams by managing CRM, conducting research, and generating pre-sales intelligence. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a principal in Dallas and team members in the UK, impacting how the business targets, pitches, and grows. Key Responsibilities: - CRM Management (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho): - Maintain and update CRM records (HubSpot) accurately - Create tasks, follow-up reminders, and assign records to relevant sales/account owners - Ensure data integrity across the pipeline - Market & Client Research: - Utilize tools like PitchBook, Apollo, Dun & Bradstreet, and AI platforms to research companies, contacts, and sectors - Analyze firmographics, decision-maker maps, and funding/partnership data - Insight Decks & Briefs: - Compile research findings into actionable briefs and pre-client decks (e.g., business profiles, industry snapshots) - Support team members with materials for outreach and presentations - Internal Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, strategy, marketing) across different time zones - Assist in streamlining systems and operations related to client onboarding and outreach Qualification Required: - Ideal Candidate Profile: - 3-5 years of experience in sales ops, marketing ops, market research, or strategy support - Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM preferred; Salesforce or Zoho knowledge is acceptable - Proficient in using research tools like PitchBook, Apollo, or similar databases - Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Gmail/Google Workspace - Excellent written English skills capable of summarizing data into clear business insights - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks and follow-ups - Open to working partially overlapping with UK working hours - Based in India, with a preference for Mumbai or Bangalore About Uplers: Uplers" goal is to simplify and accelerate the hiring process, providing support for talents to find and apply for relevant contractual onsite opportunities and advance in their careers.
