Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. This will involve identifying potential customers, building a sales pipeline, and conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of products or services to clients. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will need to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to analyze market dynamics and identify opportunities and challenges. Additionally, you will be managing marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital marketing, social media, and email marketing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including product development, customer support, and finance will be essential to ensure alignment and drive coordinated efforts. Monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports to identify areas for improvement will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and resources efficiently to oversee the allocation of resources for sales and marketing activities. To excel in this position, you must possess essential skills such as sales skills (closing deals, negotiating, and handling objections), marketing skills (developing and executing marketing strategies), communication skills (verbal and written), analytical skills (data analysis and trend identification), problem-solving skills, leadership skills, project management skills, and technical skills (familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools). This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and B2B marketing. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
