Sales & Marketing Manager / Executive

(Female Candidate Only )

Location: Thane (Travel Across India)

Industry - Polymers

Position Overview

We are looking for a Female Sales & Marketing Professional who is confident, dynamic, and willing to travel frequently across India for customer meetings, visits, product promotions, and business development.

This role is a blend of travel-based sales, customer interaction, and strategic marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

* Visit customers across India for meetings, product discussions, and business expansion.

* Generate leads, identify new customers, and build strong relationships in key sectors.

* Promote PP/PE polymers, BOPP/CPP films, elastomers, impact modifiers, and other products.

2. Customer Management

* Handle inquiries, quotations, and negotiations professionally.

* Follow up for order finalization, dispatch coordination, and payment collection.

* Resolve customer issues with prompt, solution-oriented communication.

3. Marketing & Brand Promotion

* Create product presentations, catalogs, and marketing content.

* Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and customer events.

* Support digital marketing and LinkedIn activities of the company.

4. Market Analysis & Reporting

* Track competitor activities, pricing updates, and market trends.

* Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS to management.

* Identify new product opportunities and potential applications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

* Bachelors degree in *Engineering / Science / Commerce / Marketing*.

* MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience

* 2 to 6 years of experience

* Candidates with strong understanding of polymers/films will be preferred.

* Fresh female candidates may be considered for trainee level if highly presentable and confident.

Skills

* Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

* Willingness to travel PAN India frequently (minimum 1015 days/month).

* Strong presentation, customer handling, and follow-up abilities.

* Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email etiquette.

* Smart, confident, and self-driven personality.
