Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Retail Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our products, increase footfall, and boost sales across our retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail marketing strategies, excellent sales skills, and the ability to drive in-store promotions and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the store, providing product knowledge and customer support.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions or alternatives to close the sale.
• Maintain in-store visual merchandising and product displays to attract buyers.
• Ensure stock availability and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams for replenishment.
• Collect customer feedback and build strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties for branding materials like banners, posters, and stands.
• Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to adjust retail strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve brand visibility within the store and local area.
• Track campaign performance and submit reports with insights and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• 4+years of experience in retail sales or marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Basic knowledge of visual merchandising and retail operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and meeting targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Morning shift
