Sales Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be capable of creating effective marketing strategies that assist the efforts of sales teams and generate additional leads. This candidate should be comfortable creating content to aid the sales teams and have an ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome. Additionally, this candidate should have a good understanding of the goals of various salespeople and ultimately operate as a close business partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in marketing or related field
• Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities

• Work actively in the

  field

  to generate new business leads
• Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate clients
• Promote customized printed non-woven bags
• Convert leads into confirmed sales orders
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Develop local market presence and expand customer base
• Coordinate with production team for timely order execution
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• Immediate joiner required

• Must have

  own bike

  and valid driving license
• Willing to work

  100% on field

• Experience in

  non-woven bags / cloth / textile industry

  preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
• Knowledge of local market will be an advantage

• Resident of Ranchi will be a plus point

Experience

• Minimum

  2–5 years

  experience in sales or marketing
• Experience in manufacturing or textile line preferred
