Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager – Government & Corporate Sales (IT Hardware)

Location: Work from Home (with frequent travel across North Eastern States of India)

Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based | Remote + Travel

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in Government and Corporate sales, preferably in the IT hardware domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with key government and corporate stakeholders, and closing deals across the North Eastern States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet business objectives in government departments, PSUs, and corporate clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal submission, negotiations, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Liaise with procurement departments, system integrators, and consultants to identify upcoming tenders and RFPs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and technical documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product delivery, and after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline updates, and client interactions.
  • Travel extensively across all NE states (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, and Sikkim).

Eligibility & Pre-Requisites

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Government and Corporate Sales, preferably in IT hardware or allied technology sector.
  • Educational Qualification: Science Graduate or higher (Preferred: B.Sc, B.Tech, MBA, etc.).
  • Must have a personal car and be willing to travel frequently.
  • Must be married, with a stable personal and professional background.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, GEM, tenders, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

  • Attractive fixed salary + travel allowances + performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
