Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage showroom visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Explain the benefits and differences between PPF and Ceramic Coating Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable protection packages Conduct product demonstrations and showcase past results (photos, samples, etc.) Prepare and present quotations or offers Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion to sales Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Coordinate with the detailing team to schedule services Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new technologies and offerings Collect customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction --- Required Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills Basic understanding of automotive paint protection and detailing Customer service-oriented approach Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently Time management and follow-up discipline Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in automotive sales or car detailing (preferred but not mandatory) Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
