As a Junior Marketing Executive at Basalt Ayurveda, a leading hotel products manufacturing company in Morbi, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our hotel products and enhance brand awareness within the hospitality industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for hotel products. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content. - Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales initiatives and objectives. - Manage and update the company's social media platforms to enhance online presence and engagement. - Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows to showcase products. - Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. - Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing projects. - Maintain an organized database of marketing contacts and leads. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Previous experience in marketing, internships, or relevant coursework will be considered a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms). - Creative mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
